St. Louis Rivermen performing on stage at the Central Illinois Jazz Festival in Decatur, Illinois between January 21 - 23, 2005. This festival was dedicated to Jean, who also performed with the St. Louis Rivermen, though she is not pictured here. L-R: Bobby Grimm on banjo, Jim Maihack on trombone, Steve Lilley on trumpet, Noel Kaletsky on clarinet, and David "Red" Lehr on sousaphone. A drum set is also present on stage, though performer is unclear due to perspective. The band is wearing dark clothing and the photograph is taken from the front left audience perspective at the indoor venue.
