The card describes the incredible variety of music Kittrell is able to perform as well as the various ensembles she leads and can work with, including solo performances. Her specialty, as noted under the profession of "Jazz Entertainer" is barrelhouse piano and vocals. While the exact date of the business card is unknown, the reverse side, which bears Southern Illinois University Edwardsville's logo and information for the Department of English Language and Literature gives Kittrell's title as associate professor, rather than chairperson of the department.
