Cover page and pages 3, 18, and 23 from the Juvae Jazz Society's 28th Central Illinois Jazz Festival program. The festival, held between January 24th and 26th, 2003, was dedicated to Jean Kittrell, whose biography and acolades are outlined in the third page of the program. Also included on the dedication page is a photo of Jean in one of her signature fringe dresses, and John Richardson's caricature of Jean at the piano. Page 18 of the program provides a biography for the St. Louis Rivermen, including personnel and performance schedule for the festival, and page 23 includes personnel information for participants, with a cut-out section for the Jazz Incredibles and more detailed information for Jean's bandmembers. The cover page includes general festival information over a collage of six band photographs, the bottom left of which is a photo of the St. Louis Rivermen and the St. Louis skyline in the background.
