The Negro Ensemble Company performed From the Mississippi Delta at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville on February 7, 1989. The performance took place in the Communications Building Theater at 7:30 pm and was sponsored by the Illinois Arts Council, the National Endowment for the Arts, and Arts Midwest Members and Friends.
