Dr. David Satcher, a physician, scholar, and lifelong public health advocate, visited Southern Illinois University Edwardsville on February 11, 2003. He gave a lecture titled "Politics, Opinions and Public Health: Parting Words from a Surgeon General" in the Meridian Ballroom of the Morris University Center at 7:30 pm.
