The Tokyo String Quartet, a Grammy-nominated chamber music quartet, performed at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville on October 20, 1988. The performance took place in the Communications Building Theater at 7:30 pm and was sponsored by the Illinois Arts Council and the National Endowment for the Arts.
