Myrlie Evers-Williams, former Chairwoman of the NAACP, visited Southern Illinois University Edwardsville on January 21, 1999. She spoke in Meridian Hall of the Morris University Center at 7:30 pm. Her visit was sponsored by the Dick H. Mudge, Jr. Endowment.
